Per-item permissions for pages, documents, tags and alarm categories

Fine-tune access on individual items from the row’s More menu → Permissions, or for several selected items at once:

• Pages and documents — choose who Can view them. Permissions on a folder apply to everything inside it.
• Tags — decide who may Change value: allow, forbid, or inherit from the project role.
• Alarm categories — set each user’s level: None, Viewer (see alarms), Operator (see, acknowledge and snooze, with a comment) or Operator+ (the same, without a required comment). The alarms in a category follow its permissions.

This makes it possible to keep, for example, a service page visible only to the service company, or a setpoint writable only by a few operators.
