Update and export tag values in bulk

The Tags page in a project can change the current value of many tags in one go. Select tags, folders or devices, then choose Update values:

  • Manual — enter new values in a table of the selected tags. Values are checked against each tag’s limits as you type, and you confirm the change before anything is written.
  • CSV — upload a CSV file of tag paths and values.
  • History — pick a date and time, and THMI restores the values your tags had at that moment, either straight away or after you’ve reviewed them.

Export tag values

Select a tag, folder or device and choose Export → Tag values to download the values at a chosen date and time as a CSV file.
