Templates in the page editor
Build something once, place it everywhere. Templates let you save a selection of elements from a page and reuse it on other pages.
Create a template
Select the elements you want to reuse, right-click and choose Create template. Give it a name and an optional description, and check the preview.
Place a template
Open Templates in the editor toolbar to browse, search and preview your templates. Click on the canvas to place one at its natural size, or drag to size it. Gradients, effects, translations and tag and alarm bindings come along; if a binding refers to something the project doesn’t have, you’ll see a warning.
A placed template behaves as one element: move, align and resize it like any other, and its contents scale with it. To change something inside it, right-click it and choose Detach template to turn it back into ordinary elements.
Share with your team
Templates you create are private to you. Admins can Make public a template from its More menu so everyone can use it.
See The editor in the documentation for more.
